Karate Wales - New director appointed

George Edwards, chief instructor at WGKA has been appointed as a director of the Karate Wales governing body.

Ninja Kids Classes

Ninja kids classes restarting soon at Shiru Karate Academy in Pontarddulais for 3 year olds. This very successful club was run for many years before the COVID pandemic, and is a fantastic way to introduce young children to karate.

First Aid Course completed by WGKA Students

Students of Shiru Karate Academy - Pontarddulais, Hikari Karate Kai - Ammanford and Shiru Karate Kai - Grovesend completed their first aid course on Saturday 22nd June. A massive thanks to Stefan Wilcox for a great course in hands-on first aid training.

Well done to all students who attended the course. Your first aid certificates will be issued shortly and are valid for three years.
